Stockings Brighten Students’ Day

Gift donations from church partners at Symington Elementary School in Hickman Mills were assembled into 400+ stockings donated from Missouri Care. Principal Hayet Woods described the impact of the gifts: “This not only helped brighten their day but increased attendance because our students knew they had a “special gift” from our partners waiting for them before break.”

“The kids LOVED the stockings,” she continued. “The wonderful thing was that we had stockings for our friends who do not celebrate Christmas (with a snowman or penguin) so they could have something special as well.”
