Simple Forms of Encouragement Make Big Impact
Sometimes encouragement to a child is as simple as a greeting before the school day to show you care and are thinking about him or her. Recently, United Believers Community Church did just that as they passed out 431 pencils and offered words of encouragement to students at Ingels Elementary in Hickman Mills as they came to school. Santa Fe parents in Hickman Mills were surprised with “Breakfast on the Go” bags from Missouri Care. Laurel Hills students were reminded to “Dream Big’ as they read uplifting sidewalk messages left by Raytown EMS employees and families.
