Partners Appreciate Frances Willard Staff with Luncheon, Prizes

Frances Willard’s community partners provided a well-deserved staff luncheon off-site this spring at the Mercy and Truth Medical Clinic in Kansas City, KS. The Clinic is the meeting place for the Oasis KC, one of the school’s partners, which has provided after-school tutoring, as well as the YOVA Club, sponsored by Vida Abundante Church, which offers enhanced learning experiences in art, music and health for students.

At the luncheon staff enjoyed lunch and took part in several rounds of a Cake Walk, earning fun prizes, including gift cards and school-related items for classroom use.
