To encourage staff and boost morale, a Christmas Treats Drive-Thru was held December 22 at Lindbergh Elementary. Victory Hills Church of the Nazarene celebrated the teachers and staff by giving away treat bags that included a Christmas coffee mug, a bag of hot cocoa, marshmallows, some chocolate goodies, candy canes and a homemade card from their congregation. Dr. Brooke Brutto provided the marshmallows and candy canes to throw in some love from the principal. Staff were invited to drive through to pick up their treats in a safe way.

“We wanted to show the staff at Lindbergh that they were loved and appreciated during this very difficult year,” said DeAnn Turley, Victory Hills Church of the Nazarene. ”We had about 25 cars come through the drive through, and were even able to thank some spouses as well for their support of the community at Lindbergh.”
