Freshmen Welcomed at F.L. Schlagle High School

Sisters Inspiring Sistas and school district personnel cheered for 9th graders on their first day of school at F.L. Schlagle High School in Kansas City, KS.

This year 10th grade girls at Schlagle will have access to different organizations providing resources ranging from academic to emotional support. Sisters Inspiring Sistas will be available to the girls during the lunch period on Mondays. It is a pilot program which hopes to be developed into long-term support.
